Flint police investigate deadly shooting of 3-year-old boy

FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) - Flint Police are investigating the deadly shooting of a 3-year-old boy.

Messiah Williams was in the living room of his home in the 1600 block of Oklahoma Avenue when three suspects allegedly fired gunshots inside around 11:25 p.m. Thursday. The 3-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to his head, according to the Flint Police Department.

An ambulance rushed Williams to Hurley Medical Center, where he later was pronounced dead.

Flint police are looking for three suspects, but they were not identified Friday morning. Anyone with information on the shooting should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.
